If this isnt a sign I dont know what is!

There are a lot of things I have done in the past that will never escape my mouth,
and as I survived from flipping my car there is one thing I learned for sure and that
is God is trying to teach me something he tried telling me gently and I didnt listen so he decided
to get my attention the hard way and scare me half to death and amazingly I walked away sore
and had scraped up elbows and thats it! Holy Cow! Its a miracle!
From now On my life is dedicated to God and God alone!
Everything I do will be with Him directing my path
I seriously could have lost my life and should of or at leaste been more damaged then I was!
All I can say is Thankyou my Heavenly Father for watching over me! You obviously have big plans for my life and I cant wait to see what you have in store! I Love You God!
And most of all Thankyou for your Mercy!

I Realize........

Throughout the day I catch myself running for shelter in the wrong direction
Looking for comfort in someone’s words
In a loved ones embrace
Longing for solace in a depressing song that oddly enough carries a form of comfort
Being lonely and desolate brings a certain reassurance and contentment to know
That things are the same and all is at ease
Afraid to let go for fear of not knowing what lies ahead
But I will never find what I lost
Those 3 words are said to often and have lost their meaning of truth
Promises of love eternity and never leaving my side through anger or peace
Were just words carried by the wind.
How can I ever believe those affirmations again?
Will I ever get over you?

When Did We Forget our Dreams?

The infinite possibilities that each day holds should stagger the mind
The sheer number of experiences I could have is uncountable,
Breathtaking and yet I’m sitting here refreshing my inbox.
We live trapped in loops reliving a few days over and over
And we envision only a handful of paths laid out ahead of us
We see the same things each day, we respond the same way
We think the same thoughts each day a variation on the last
Every moment smoothly following the gentle curves of societal norms
We act like if we just get through today tomorrow our dreams will come back to us.

No I don’t have all the answers, I don’t know how to jolt myself into seeing what
each moment could become.
But I do know one thing: the solution doesn’t involve watering down my every
little idea and creative impulse for the sake of some day easing my fit into a mold
It doesn’t involve tampering my life to better fit someone’s expectations
It doesn’t involve constantly holding back for fear of shaking things up.

A Creed to Live By

Don't dismiss your Dreams.To be without dreams is to be without hope.
To be without hope is to be without purpose.
Don't run through life so fast that you forget where you've been,
But also know where you're going.
Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored every step of the way.
